1. Area of application
These general terms of business (Terms and Conditions) are valid for all deliveries of commercial representation denas-info.com (Owner: Sergei Matveev) to consumer (§13 German Civil Code).
Consumer is every natural person who closes a legal deal for a purpose which can be added neither her commercial ones nor her independent professional activity.
2. Contracting partner

3. Offer and contract end
3.1 The representation of the products in the on-line shop shows no juridically binding offer, but a request on the order. Mistakes reserve.
3.2 By clicking the button [send order] you deliver an obliging order of the goods listed on the order side. The bill of sale comes about if we accept your order by a confirmation of order by email immediately after the preservation of your order.
4. Payment terms
4.1 The customer releases denas-info.com (owner: Sergei Matveev) from any liability which arises from not proper payment of the sales tax or from resort in or foreign tax authorities because of omitted sales tax submission of the customer.
4.2 The payments occur by prepaid or by PayPal.
4.3 With choice of the payment kind Prepaid we send to you our bank account information in the confirmation of order and deliver the product after payment entrance.
4.4 A right to the compensation is entitled to you only if your counterclaims are ascertained legally judicially or are indisputable or were recognised in writing by us.
4.5 They can use a retention right only, as far as the claims from the same contractual relationship result.
5. Prices, delivery price
5.1 The prices quoted on the product sides contain the legal german value added tax and other prize components.
5.2 In addition to the quoted prices we calculate for the delivery to all member states of the European Union 17.00 EUR per order, incl. 19% VAT. The forwarding expenses are clearly informed of you on the product sides, in the goods basket system and on the order page again. The delivery term is about 4-7 business days.
Other taxes or costs do not result.
6. Terms of delivery
6.1 The agreed term of delivery is not valid as a firm bargain for the purposes of the Civil Code, provided that expressly suitable written arrangements were not met. If we cannot keep to the agreed term of delivery, the customer has to grant an adequate extension. From the shop assistant disturbances to be represented in the business concern, in particular labour disputes, cases of higher power, losses of production also in the company of our presupplier, do not extend the delivery time accordingly.
7. Retention of title
Up to the entire payment the product remains our property.
8. Fault rebuke and guarantee
8.1 Guarantee time begins with the delivery of the product to the customer and amounts 24 months.
8.2 The receiver has to examine the received product immediately after arrival for amount and assured qualities. He has to reprimand evident defects within one week in text form (letter, phone, fax, email) to us.
8.3 With entitled objections finishing touches of faulty product or spare delivery or exchange occur after our choice.
8.4 The guarantee does not apply to such damages which originate with the buyer from natural wear, injurious surroundings influence, high-handed remachinings and improper treatment as well as intervention of third.

As a consumer, you have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within a period of two weeks, without giving reasons, either in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email) or - if you are already in receipt of the item concerned before the end of the said period - by returning the item. The period will begin on receipt of this revocation notice in written form, though not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (or in the case of recurring deliveries of goods of the same kind, not before receipt of the first part-delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our duties to inform pursuant to Section 246c (2) in conjunction with (1) Sections 1 and 2 EDBGB [Introductory Act to the German Civil Code] and also our duties pursuant to Section 312e (1) Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Section 246 (3) EGBGB. The deadline for exercising the right of revocation is met if the written revocation or the goods are dispatched in good time. The revocation must be addressed to:

Effects of Revocation
In the case of effective revocation, the performance received by each party must be returned to the other party, together with any benefit gained (e.g. interest). If you are unable to return all or part of the performance received or are able to return it only in impaired condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value. Where physical goods have been supplied, no compensation is payable if the impairment in the condition is merely the result of inspection of the item - e.g. such as would have been possible in a normal shop. You can, of course, also avoid the duty to pay compensation for impairment caused by using the goods for their intended purpose by not taking the goods into use as if they were your own property and avoiding doing anything that could diminish their value. Items that are able to be sent by parcel post must be returned to us for our risk. The costs of return delivery must be borne by you if the delivered goods are in conformity with those ordered and if the price of the goods being returned does not exceed a sum of €40.00 or if, in the case of higher-priced articles, you had not yet effected counter-performance or a contractually agreed part-payment at the time of revocation. In all other cases, return of the goods is cost-free for you. Items which cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from your address. Payment refund obligations must be met within 30 days. This period shall begin for you on dispatch of the declaration of revocation or dispatch of the item, and for us on receipt of the declaration or item.
